ABSTRACT: The presentation will focus on the Advance Care Planning Capacity Building project underway to help people prepare for their future needs. There will be a review of the development of the Pan-Canadian Framework and new resources for lawyers and the general public. Advance Care Planning public awareness campaigns and special projects will also be shared.
